Weaknecht Invites Residents to PA Route 183 Community Concerns Meeting

HARRISBURG – State Rep. Eric Weaknecht (R-Berks) will host a public meeting Tuesday, Sept. 22, to hear from residents about concerns regarding Pennsylvania Route 183 and provide an opportunity for questions and discussion with local and state officials.

The meeting will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Reading Regional Airport, 24 Liberator Way, Reading.

“Residents who live, work and travel along Route 183 deserve to have their concerns heard and their questions answered,” said Weaknecht. “This meeting will bring those responsible for transportation and public safety together in one room so we can have an open conversation.”

Representatives from the Berks County Planning Commission, Pennsylvania State Police, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Bern Township Police Department and local municipalities will be available to hear residents’ concerns and answer questions.
